Job Opening: Machine Operator

We are hiring a dependable Machine Operator to join our water bottle manufacturing facility in Stanwood, MI. This role is responsible for running production equipment, monitoring quality, and supporting safe, efficient operations. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful, but we will train motivated candidates.

• $22/hour
• Full-time, rotating shifts
• Overtime available as required
• Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
• Set up machines based on production schedules
• Monitor product quality and machine performance
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments
• Complete quality checks and production documentation
• Follow all safety, GMP, and food-grade manufacturing standards
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Assist with changeovers and basic preventive maintenance
• Report equipment issues to maintenance and supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow safety and work instructions
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work rotation shifts
