We’re hiring Production Laborers and Machine Operators for a growing food production company in Weslaco, TX. If you enjoy hands-on work, have some production or manufacturing experience, and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate or assist with food production and processing equipment
- Perform general production line and machine operation tasks
- Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and material handling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Some prior production, manufacturing, or similar work experience
- Willingness to work 8–10 hour shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
