Job Opening: FSQA Tech

Certified Food Safety and Quality Auditor

Location: Missouri City, TX 

Pay: $18 to 20 hourly

Responsible for performing all required FSQA functions properly and on time to ensure consistency in producing safe/quality products.

Position requirement:

• Incoming raw material, ingredients, packaging material, and pallet inspection
• Daily functions such as thermometer calibration inspection, scale calibration
• ATP swabbing
• Water calibration
• Preoperational/GMP monitoring, Sample submission, gluten test, facility
• GMP audit, Perform pre-shipment record review
• Perform job/GMP/Food safety training with new employees
• Salary range: $18-$20
• Day and Evening shifts available

• Experience: 1-3 years of food or beverage QA/QC experience in the USDA and/or FDS-regulated
• Manufacturing facility
• Math skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Certification
