Electronic Assembler – El Cajon, CA
We are seeking Electronic Assemblers to join our fast-paced, collaborative production team. This role involves working with precision RF components in a highly technical, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed electronic assembly using a 10X microscope
- Soldering (iron and hotplate reflow)
- Cleaning, coil winding, shield/strap cutting
- Electronics tuning and testing
- Epoxy staking/potting
- Seam welding and leak testing
- Additional precision assembly tasks as needed

Applicant must be able to present valid documentation confirming U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Legal Residency.
- Detail-oriented, organized, punctual, and comfortable working with very small parts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong English reading and speaking skills
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Working Conditions
