Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Deep Cleaner to support cleaning operations inside an automotive manufacturing facility with active paint booths. This role is responsible for deep cleaning industrial areas, including paint booths, machinery, and floors. Candidates must be comfortable working around chemicals and paint odors and following strict safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning of paint booths, including walls, floors, grates, and surrounding areas
• Clean industrial machines, equipment, and production surfaces
• Sweep, scrub, and wax floors to meet facility standards
• Remove paint overspray, dust, and buildup from surfaces
• Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals per company and OSHA guidelines
• Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers, vacuums, and hand tools
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures
• Report safety hazards, equipment issues, or maintenance needs to a supervisor

Work Environment:
This position is located in an active automotive manufacturing facility. Employees must be comfortable with chemical and paint odors, noise, temperature changes, and industrial conditions.

Qualifications:

• Industrial or deep-cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work safely around chemicals and paint fumes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
