- Create marketing assets including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, advertisements, and email visuals
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
- Collaborate remotely with internal teams to understand project goals
- Design, update, and maintain website content, including ongoing site maintenance
- Manage and update Shopify storefronts, performing basic HTML/CSS edits
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers/vendors
- Design packaging, labels, and product graphics, including production files
- Edit and retouch photos for marketing and promotional materials
- Capture product and brand photography as needed
- Create and manage social media visual content
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and best practices
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and messaging
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to visual consistency
- Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks
- Resourceful, solution-oriented, and able to troubleshoot independently
- Comfortable handling both creative and technical responsibilities
