Job Opening: Production Scheduler

ResourceMFG is looking for a Production Scheduler in the Tampa 33619 area! This position is paying $22/hr and is Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM. Prior experience is required

SUMMARY

Responsible for creating and maintaining daily and weekly production schedules to support efficient operations based on demand, capacity, labor, and material availability. Ensures accurate and timely generation of work orders and labels while coordinating closely with Operations, Planning, Purchasing, and Inventory to support production flow and schedule adherence.

 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

·Create, maintain, and adjust daily/weekly production schedules based on demand, labor, and material availability.

·Coordinate priorities, schedule changes, with Ops, Supervisors, Leads, and Prod. Planner.

·Perform material availability checks and escalate shortages or risks to Purchasing, and Inventory.

·Monitor daily production and communicate schedule changes.

·Adjust schedules to minimize downtime and meet commitments.

·Generate, review, and release work orders from the ERP system

·Print and verify production labels to ensure accuracy, revisions, and customer requirements.

·Ensure work orders and documentation reflect current engineering revisions.

·Stage and distribute work orders to production and warehouse areas.

·Identify documentation or routing issues impacting production flow.

EXPERIENCE

·2+ years of manufacturing or operations experience.

·Scheduling/planning experience preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

ERP experience in manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Effective cross-functional communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office
