Job Opening: Production Operator/Machinist

Resource MFG is looking for Production & CNC Machinists

Pay:

• Production / Machine Operators: $17–$30/hr- based on experience 

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (2nd shift hires will train on 1st shift for 1–3 week

Role Overviews

General Labor

(Entry point for candidates without CNC experience) Duties include:

• Deburring parts
• Basic quality inspection
• Learning machine operations over time
• Supporting various production areas as needed
• Assemblers also assist with pick/pack tasks in the distribution center
• Assembly work includes crimping small metal components using machines

Machine Operators / CNC Trainees

Exposure to CNC equipment including:

• ACME
• Fujis
• Bar-fed and slug-fed machines

Hands-on training provided. Ideal for mechanically inclined candidates wanting to grow into CNC Machinist roles

Advanced CNC Machinist:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate turning, milling, and multi-axis mill-turn machines
• Perform minor tool offsets & load materials
• Conduct in-process inspections to maintain tight tolerances
• Troubleshoot machining issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow SOPs & all safety standards
