Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Powder Coating Associate to join our production team in Fairfield, Ohio. This role is responsible for preparing, coating, and inspecting parts to ensure high-quality finishes that meet company and customer standards.

Shift: M-F 8a-5p

Pay: $19/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal parts for powder coating (cleaning, masking, hanging)

• Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently

• Apply powder coatings evenly to meet quality specifications

• Cure coated parts using industrial ovens

• Inspect finished products for defects and quality consistency

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

Qualifications:
