Accountant for Oil & Gas company

Temp to hire position

Oil and Gas company in West Houston seeking temp to hire Accountant.

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Daily accounting operations:

• Enter financial transactions into ERP system
• Assist with AP and AR processing
• Prepare and maintain vendor invoices, receipts and payment records
• Support bank reconciliations and petty cash
• Prepare monthly closing schedules/financial reports
• Compile supporting documents for audits
• Temp to hire position
• Salary range: $29 – $38/hourly

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of experience ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo)
• Strong Excel skills Basic understanding of IFRS/GAP accounting standards
