Job Title: Fabrication Associate – Orthotics & Prosthetics
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Location: Hickory Hills, IL 60457

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Fabrication Associate to join our team in producing and repairing orthotic and prosthetic devices. The ideal candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions in a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Essential Duties:

• Fabricate and repair prosthetic (artificial limbs) and orthotic (orthopedic brace) devices to meet company quality standards

• Assist with ordering, receiving, and other inventory-related tasks

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace following OSHA and company safety guidelines

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical ability and manual dexterity

• Ability to use hand tools and lab equipment safely and effectively

• Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork skills

• Strong verbal communication and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and follow detailed procedures and company policies

• Works well under supervision in a structured environment
