Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Assist with internal and external audits

• Maintain and organize A/P files

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the accounting team

Requires:

• HS diploma or equivalent, documentation required
• 1 year accounts payable experience
• Strong math skills
• Must be responsible and self motivated to complete assigned duties with minimal supervision
• Motivated to take on additional responsibilities
• Experience with SAP, ERPLX and other related accounting software

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with accounting software a plus
