Pay:  $19 per hour (Pay adjustment if permanently hired)

Bonus: $1 extra per hour with perfect attendance!

Job duties and Responsibilities

• Track and improve team performance using key metrics (KPI) for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Identify and resolve issues related to defects, performance, and safety.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed consistently.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Oversee team training schedules and ensure all training is completed on time.
• Manage daily equipment checks and preventive maintenance (TPM/PM).
• Act as the main contact between our team and MTM department leaders.
• Report supplier part issues to the Quality team and review defects at MTM.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles.
• Address team member concerns and participate in investigations.
• Continuously evaluate processes and suggest improvements.
• Support other departments during downtime or as needed.

Job Requirements

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent required.

• Knowledge of environmental ISO14001 preferred

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Certifications: Certifications in logistics or supply chain management is beneficial but not required.
