Hiring English-Mandarin HR Assistant in Lake Forest
Morning shift/Fully On Site
Job Responsibilities:
• Recruit employees/ temporary employees
• Manage all safety and training programs
• Manage team building and company events
• Meets with and assists employees in completing relevant forms
• Answers questions pertinent to specific departmental function
• Manage all employee benefits/ employee programs.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete
• Interacts with vendors, carriers and/or other company departments
• Researches information, compiles statistics, and gathers data as necessary
• Assists with special reports and projects as requested.
• Maintains departmental records and files.
• Provides information regarding related policies according to guidelines and established procedures
Job Requirements:
- Related Undergraduate Study
- Microsoft Office Suite
- 1 Year Combined education/experience as substitute
- Able to multi-task
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Able to work independently
- Mandarin required
