Job Title: CNC Laser Operator (2nd Shift)
Location: Durham, NC
Pay Rate: $20–$24/hour, based on experience
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Training: Must be available to train on 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Summary for CNC Laser Operator:
ResourceMFG has an immediate opening for an experienced CNC Laser Operator in the Durham area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-quality metal parts that meet strict quality and precision standards.
Key Responsibilities of a CNC Laser Operator:

Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment.

Load raw materials (sheet metal) into the machine.

Monitor the cutting process and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.

Ensure parts meet specified tolerances and quality standards.

Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications for CNC Laser Operator:

Prior experience operating CNC laser cutting machines (minimum 1 year preferred).

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong understanding of measuring tools and tolerances.

Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
