Job Opening: Service Coordinator
Description
Join a dynamic team supporting the rental and sales of heavy equipment! We’re looking for a detail-oriented Service Office Coordinator to serve as the go-to liaison between customers, mechanics, and sales staff. Reporting to the Fleet and Asset Manager, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by ensuring equipment is service-ready and all records are accurate.
Key Responsibilities:

Open/close work orders for multiple locations

Enter equipment hours and notes into company system with accuracy

Track backlog info and update internal systems

Cross-train in parts ordering and process POs

Maintain organized service records and check sheets

Create and manage service kits and chargebacks
Pay: $21/hr.
Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

1+ year of computer/data entry experience (Excel, Word, BasePlan preferred)

1+ year of purchasing experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Must be able to drive company vehicle locally for parts delivery/pickup
