Job Opening: Team Leader

Hiring for a Group Leader!

Shift: Monday – Thursday (Occasional Saturday’s and optional Sundays at times, based on production). From 6pm – 7am 

Pay range: $23-$25/hr depending on experience. 

Job Summary: Responsible for the oversite of plant production, leading team members, and training new employees. The Group Lead will be responsible for the Assembly, Quality, and Extrusion department

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Works in a manufacturing environment emphasizing teamwork, safety, training and discipline.
• Supervise and coordinate daily production.
• Assist process engineers in troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Provide technical assistance to team leaders and operators during start-ups, changeovers and power failures.
• Lead by promoting safety, quality and teamwork throughout the department.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years manufacturing environment experience or related field preferred.
• Additional technical certifications are preferred.
• Previous exposure to a multicultural office environment a plus.
