General Labor – 1st Shift at Foundry

We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join the team as General Laborers at a Saginaw account. This position involves metal casting and offers an opportunity for long-term employment through a contract-to-hire arrangement.

Schedule & Compensation:

Shift: 1st shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Pay: $14.50 per hour

Onsite interview required

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with metal casting operations, including mold preparation and material handling.

Operate and maintain basic foundry tools and equipment as needed.

Perform general labor tasks to support the production process.

Adhere to strict safety protocols while working in a manufacturing environment.

Inspect workpieces for quality and address any defects.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Dependable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude.
