 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) Overtime: As needed, Saturdays (5:00 AM – 10:00 AM)

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our account’s manufacturing team in Bay City. This position is responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication, a keen eye for precision, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal materials.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to ensure accurate production.

• Select appropriate tooling and adjust machine settings for different jobs.

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues.

• Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and company policies.

• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

• Assist in other areas of the production floor as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a press brake machine in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Understanding of metal fabrication processes and materials.

• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
