Job Title: Production Associate

Shift: 7:00AM – 3:30PM

Pay: $18 – $20/hr

Job Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating both manual and CNC bending and sawing equipment to fabricate steel and stainless-steel tubes according to customer specifications. This role requires precision, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

No CNC Experience Required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC and manual bending/sawing machines to fabricate materials per specifications.

• Review work orders for accuracy and quality compliance.

• Notify supervisors of any production issues or order discrepancies.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by properly disposing of scrap materials such as bracing, cardboard, and strapping.

• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE (e.g., goggles, gloves).

• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with organizational quality and safety standards.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting X-Y-Z axis and angles.

• Experience using tape measures, micrometers, and height gauges.

• Basic computer skills; CNC programming knowledge is a plus.

• Good math, counting, and written communication skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Strong verbal communication and attention to detail.
