•    General knowledge of tools
•    Identify & retrieve parts necessary for assembly
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Attention to detail
•    Hand and eye coordination
•    Ability to assemble products within a certain cycle time
•    Inspect and test all parts/materials
•    Assemble products with mechanical tools
•    Maintain to quality standards
