Warehouse Associate

 Flint, MI

1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday)

 $16-$18 per hour (based on experience)

 We are recruiting for a locally operated business that values efficiency, teamwork, and commitment to quality. We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and organize inventory in the warehouse.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (if certified).

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.

• Follow company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in warehouse or inventory management is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable with lifting, carrying, and physical labor.

• Reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled hours.
