Job Opening: Production Operator

ResourceMFG is looking for Production Workers for 2nd Shift for the Shelbyville area. This is a temp to hire position. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate inker machines to fill ink cartridges with precise ink levels.
• Monitor production parameters to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform regular adjustments to optimize machine performance.
• Perform in-process visual and gauge inspection 
• Inspect ink-filled cartridges for leaks, inconsistencies, or defects.
• Conduct spot checks and report defective materials or components.
• Ensure proper ink viscosity to meet product standards
• Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of machines.
• Detect and troubleshoot minor machine issues to avoid production delays.
• Assist maintenance technicians in major repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors.

 Work Environment: This job works in a manufacturing environment, using various manufacturing equipment.
