Now Hiring Electronic Assemblers!
Pay: 18.00 per hour
Schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
Assembler Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble cockpit components (bracket mounting, wiring harness connection) using pneumatic tools (torque guns) and manual tools.
- Follow SOPs and torque specifications for precision assembly.
- Conduct self-inspection and functional tests (screen activation, button response) per IATF 16949 requirements.
- Document defects and support rework/scrap processes.
- Wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves) and comply with LOTO procedures.
- Report hazards during daily safety briefings.
- Perform tool checks and basic maintenance; maintain 5S standards at workstations.
- Work in sync with production line cycle time (Takt Time) to minimize downtime.
- Submit improvement ideas (error-proofing, process optimization).
Assembler Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing training preferred.
- 1+ years in mechanical/electronics assembly; automotive experience a plus.
- Proficient with hand/pneumatic tools; ability to read basic technical drawings;
- Ability to read, write and speak English. (Chinese is a plus)
- Ability to stand 8 hours, lift ≤25 lbs), detail-oriented, adaptable to assembly line pace.
