Job Summary:
The Staffing Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, or permanent roles based on client or organizational needs. This role works closely with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing requirements and delivers timely recruitment solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles and skill sets.
• Partner with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, extend offers, and assist with onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Provide excellent candidate and client experience throughout the staffing process.
• Meet staffing goals, fill rates, and other recruitment KPIs.
Requirements Site Performance Manager :
• 3+ years of experience in a related role.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Requirements Recruiter:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and common sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-service mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in agency or high-volume staffing environments.
• Knowledge of employment law and hiring best practices.
• Bilingual abilities, depending on market needs.
