Now Hiring for an Accounts Payable in the Tullahoma area.
Our client is growing and looking for top talent with a minimum of 2yrs. of accounting experience to join their dynamic team.
$18/hr
Hours would be Mon.-Fri. 8AM- 5PM
Responsibilities:
• Review bills for payment (match invoices with purchase orders).
• Check for proper approvals and authorizations.
• Enter and process payments and Generate checks.
• Maintain vendor files.
• Assist the Controller in preparing tax and government reports.
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
• Set up all vendors
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
• Maintain all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
• Operate standard office equipment regularly, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast environment
• Experience in using accounting software
• Keen attention to detail
• In-depth understanding of company standards
• Computer proficiency including MS Word and MS Excel
• Experience with WMS/ HRIS/ Amtech
