Remedy is looking for customer service representative at one of the leading manufacturing companies on the Westside of Jacksonville.
Shift : 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $17.00
Summary: Responsibility is to deliver world class customer experiences including handling customer inquires, timely and accurate processing of customer orders from start to finish.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer orders from placement to time of shipment including entering customer orders in system, creating related documents, researching and arranging shipping, working with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate fulfillment of orders, compiling order related documents required for billing.
- Promptly answer all customer inquires, determine customer needs, provide solutions for customer to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Manage credits, returns, reshipments
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Min 2 years customer service experience, in distribution environment such as plumbing, water works, or similar industry. Prior experience in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office software. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
