Cabinet Manufacturing / CNC Operator – 1st Shift

Shift: 1st Shift | Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay: $18 – $25 per hour, depending on skills and experience
Cabinet-making experience preferred

We are seeking motivated candidates to join our cabinet manufacturing team. This role offers cross-training opportunities and hands-on experience with industry equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines for cabinet cutting (wood, marble, and non-wood materials)
• Read and accurately use a tape measure (required – skills test will be given)
• Label cabinets before and after cutting
• Move cut pieces to dowel machine and insert dowels per labeled instructions
• Assemble cabinet sides in staging areas
• Install drawer slides, handles, hinges, and occasional LED lighting
• Perform plastic laminating
• Operate glue machines for laminate adhesion preparation
• Perform vertical and horizontal sheet cutting (training provided)
• Stage materials as needed
• Maintain production flow and complete daily orders distributed each morning
• Adapt quickly and learn new processes as needed
