Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and document in-process, first article, receiving, and final inspections on aircraft parts and processes.

• Read and interpret planning documents, tool designs, blueprints, specifications, and quality inspection procedures.

• Develop clear, complete, and precise records of inspections.

• Calibrate inspection tools and equipment before use.

• Collaborate with various departments on quality-related issues.

• Assist operators in understanding and interpreting quality specifications and procedures.

• Prepare and submit nonconformance reports to QA administrators.

• Conduct internal audits as required.

• Recommend new and improved methods for continuous quality management improvement.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.
