Production Technician:

Job Duties

• Assemble instruments and computers including software installation and settings, unit and system level testing, hardware assembly, and documentation.

• Perform PCB level programming, testing, troubleshooting and rework

• Modify and fabricate hardware components and packaging

• Prepare, package and ship products

• Maintain and organize inventory

• Support production requirements and schedules Required Skills and Abilities

• Extensive Windows OS and PC hardware knowledge

• Electronic circuit troubleshooting skills

• Component level soldering skills and mechanical ability

• Experience using test and assembly equipment (Multimeter, signal generator, hand tools, soldering equipment, etc)

• Experience using light industrial metalworking equipment (drill press, band saw, chop saw, etc)

• At least 5 years of experience as an engineering or production technician

• Good organization skills
