-Fabricate tubing assemblies to identified customer drawings and specifications, in an accurate and timely manner
-Keep up with new technology, processes and equipment in order to play an active role in maintaining company ability to move forward
-Housekeeping
-Ensuring that Health & Safety standards are maintained.
-Familiarity with CNC equipment, welding and basic metal fabrication is desired. Good mechanical skills required

The Bindery Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining bindery and finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This role ensures printed jobs are cut, folded, bound, stitched, and finished accurately according to production specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and adjust bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, stitchers, binders, and laminators
- Read and interpret job tickets, work orders, and production specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet established standards
- Monitor machine performance and adjust ensure efficient operation
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on bindery equipment
- Maintain accurate production records and report issues to supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Coordinate with press operators, supervisors, and other production staff to meet deadlines
- Handle materials safely and efficiently to minimize waste and damage
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous bindery, print finishing, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of bindery machinery and finishing processes
- Ability to read measuring devices (rulers, calipers) and follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
