Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Industrial/Mechanical Maintenance Technician Trainee to join our maintenance team on the evening shift. This is a hands-on, jack-of-all-trades position supporting the repair, maintenance, installation, and improvement of industrial equipment and facility systems.
The successful candidate will work with a variety of equipment, including pumps, electrical machinery, hydraulics, air and water systems, cranes, and other mechanical components used in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Take direction from the Maintenance Manager and perform repair and maintenance work on equipment using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing tools.
- Assist with new projects, including installing water lines, welding, and light fabrication work.

Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist
Location: Mendota Heights, MN Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible shift options available) Pay Rate: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience) Employment Type: Temporary through the end of the year
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to support clients and internal teams within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met through timely communication, problem resolution, and coordination with operations teams.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting shipment processes and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Manage and enter customer shipment orders into operational systems
- Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure efficient shipment execution
- Handle complaints and issue resolution, identifying solutions and preventing recurrence
- Prepare and manage customer quotes and pricing requests
- Support customer onboarding, including setup and data entry into systems
- Maintain and update customer records and account data
- Monitor shipments and provide regular updates to customers
- Generate and review customer reports as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and overall process efficiency
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or related field
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills; experience with logistics systems or WMS/CRM tools preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding environments
- Exposure to quote management, shipment coordination, or customer onboarding
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred but not required)
