? Maintains proper market identification, checking mastheads, skid tickets and layouts.

? Maintains proper counts throughout the press runs. Operates and maintains the robotic equipment.

? Stacks signatures and maintains overall quality of skids.

? Identifies and reports any noticeable print defects to the Head Press Operator, Press Operator, or Supervisor.

? Coordinates paper waste removal in the pressroom.

? Completes all work assignments during press downtime situations.

? Keeps presses stocked with needed supplies.

? Assists with the removal of press side garbage, skids, slip sheets and plastic packaging

? Assists with manual signature stacking when needed.

? Completes preventive maintenance assignments and initiates work orders

? Develops job skills and equipment knowledge necessary for level advancement.

? Monitors product waste

Company in Morrisville looking for a Water Treatment specialist for their Night shift.

Sunday through Thursday 10pm to 6am.

20 to 22 per hour. Performance to hire opportunity! Once company hires you , there is opportunity for pay increase 

Job description

Responsible for the general operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment, lift stations, and collection system. Work includes the sampling and testing of wastewater.

•  Run ALAR solids removal equipment Collect waste water generated by the plant.
• Treat waste water via established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Document all action taken.
• Test boiler water chemistry and make adjustments as needed.
• Report any inconsistencies or discrepancies to the Maintenance Manager.
• Report any safety violations to Safety & Maintenance Manager.
• Report any Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) violations to Quality & Maintenance Manager.
• Ability to calculate and measure.
• Maintain operations logbooks.
• Perform all required daily and weekly cleaning.

• Metallurgy knowledge
• Able to read blueprints/drawings
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and basic Math
• Hand eye coordination and dexterity
• Attention to detail

• Experience on forklift and powered industrial equipment, a plus
• Apprenticeship, vocational training, and/or certification, a plus
• Robotic welding experience, a plus
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Machine set up
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling metal products
• Electric arc and tungsten inert gas experience
• Grinding and polishing finished products
• Follow safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Work in a team environment
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Troubleshoot issues
• Meet production standards
