Job Requirements

• Minimum 12 months relevant MIG welding experience
• Attention to detail
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Basic Math
• Mechanical aptitude
• Able to read blueprints/drawings
• Hand eye coordination and dexterity
• Basic metallurgy knowledge

Job Responsibilities

• Experience on forklift and powered industrial equipment, a plus
• Apprenticeship, vocational training, and/or certification, a plus
• Robotic welding experience, a plus
• Electric arc and inert gas experience
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Follow safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Machine set up
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling metal products
• Grinding and polishing finished products
• Work in a team environment
• Troubleshoot issues
• Meet production standards
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
• Testing and inspection of product

1st shift 8a-4:30p General Labor position 

Foundry position- working with steel, brass, bronze, copper and aluminum in sand. Once casted, uses belt sander to smooth edges.

Production responsibilities

Start day by sweeping/tidying up shop

Assist in Production once complete

Reading and comprehending instructions and following established procedures

Collecting all material and equipment needed to begin the process

Taking precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components

Check output to ensure highest quality

Report on issues, malfunction or defective pieces 

Job Requirements:

$.50 raise after temp period 

Stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to work in high temperature environment 

Temp to hire 

1st & 2nd shift Mig welding needed

Pay range $17.95-$19.95

We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication and welding using the MIG (Metal Inert Gas) process. This role involves reading blueprints, preparing materials, and performing high-quality welds to meet production standards.
