Job Title: Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

(PCBA/SMT/THT) Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30PM

Overview:

• The 1st Shift Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment used in PCBA, SMT, and THT manufacturing processes.
• This role requires prior hands-on maintenance experience in electronic assembly environments, strong technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to support production uptime across multiple lines.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on PCBA, SMT, and THT production equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine issues, to minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure safe and reliable operations.
• Follow all facility safety and ESD procedures.
• Work assigned shift of 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, demonstrating strong attendance and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience in PCBA, SMT, and/or THT equipment is required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and equipment safety standards.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work both independently and within a team.
