We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in precision die cutting and converting solutions. We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist to support our production team by ensuring products meet strict quality, safety, and customer standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools and gauges
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
• Identify defects, non-conformances, and root causes and report findings to management
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
• Ensure proper handling of non-conforming materials
• Follow company quality procedures, safety policies, and ISO or internal standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency

Job Requirements

• Previous Quality Control experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required
• Experience with precision die cutting, converting, assembly, or packaging preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges
• Ability to document findings clearly and accurately
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform inspections for extended periods
