Job Opening: Brake Press/Laser Turret Operator

ResourceMFG is hiring Machine Operators for a metal fabrication facility in Lawrenceburg. We are looking for experienced operators or highly trainable candidates ready to grow their skills on Brake Press, Laser/Turret, and Digital Press equipment.

Shift:

• Train on 2nd Shift (3pm–11pm)

• Move to 3rd Shift

• Overtime available

Pay: $14–$17/hr depending on experience

Job Duties:

• Assist with setup and operation of brake press, laser/turret, and digital presses

• Read work orders and basic blueprints

• Perform quality checks and monitor machine performance

• Load tooling, set machine parameters, and follow production specs

• Maintain a clean, safe work area and complete required documentation

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or machine-operation experience preferred, but trainable candidates welcome

• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to lift 25 lbs

• Basic computer/blueprint understanding a plus
