Job Opening: Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fridley. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including material handling, order fulfillment, inventory management, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts

• Receive, sort, and stock incoming materials

• Perform general warehouse tasks such as labeling, organizing, and staging product

• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Forklift and pallet jack operating experience required (stand-up or sit-down a plus)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
