  Part time sorters Job description:

  • Scan parcels barcode
  • Weigh individual parcel to ensure accuracy
  • Perform basic troubleshooting
  • Use pallet jack to move containers once filled to sort machine
  • Set up and repair sorting containers
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure mail project are properly processed
  • Good eye hand coronation

• Welder

  Location: York, PA Base Pay: 22.00 per HOUR

  MIG Welders needed on 1st & 3rd Shifts for steel manufacturing company located in York, PA

  $22.00-$26.00 per hour

  $100 Unlimited Referral Bonuses

  Temp to Hire

  1st:6:00am-2:30pm
  3rd: 9:00pm-6:30am

  Mig Welders:

  MIG welding steel
  Accurately labels all orders as requested
  Properly prepares items for delivery, including stretch wrapping pallets, packing smaller trim items into boxes, etc., ensuring that all items are packed to minimize damage during transit
  Stages items correctly for loading
  Ensures that orders are accurately pulled and free of damage by double checking all pick tickets with materials pulled

  • Minimum 12 months relevant MIG welding experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to use basic hand and power tools
  • Basic Math
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Able to read blueprints/drawings
  • Hand eye coordination and dexterity
  • Basic metallurgy knowledge

  Job Responsibilities

  • Experience on forklift and powered industrial equipment, a plus
  • Apprenticeship, vocational training, and/or certification, a plus
  • Robotic welding experience, a plus
  • Electric arc and inert gas experience
  • Follow standard work instructions as assigned
  • Follow safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment)
  • Perform hands-on tasks
  • Machine set up
  • Measuring, cutting, and assembling metal products
  • Grinding and polishing finished products
  • Work in a team environment
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Meet production standards
  • Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
  • Maintain clean and organized workspace
