Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Thursday – Sunday | 4:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay

We are seeking experienced Bilingual Production Line Leads to join a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment in Bloomingdale, IL. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading production teams, driving performance, and ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production line employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensure daily production goals, quality standards, and efficiency targets are achieved.
• Monitor workflow and address production issues in a timely manner.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Promote a safe and positive work environment.
• Communicate production updates, expectations, and performance metrics to team members.
• Assist with staffing, attendance tracking, and team scheduling as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous experience as a Production Line Lead, Team Lead, or similar leadership role in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve production standards.
• Strong coaching, training, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a production environment for extended periods.
