Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Order Picker / Forklift(Cherry picker) 
Location: Carol Stream , IL 
Pay Rate: $19.00 

Job Summary:

We are looking for dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role involves order picking, shipping and receiving, and operating warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates must be able to follow established safety protocols and warehouse processes, stand for extended periods, and consistently meet productivity standards. Have experience with a forklift cherry picker 

Responsibilities:

• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and company procedures

• Order picking using handheld scanners or onboard computers

• Shipping and receiving tasks including labeling, packaging, and organizing shipments

• Maintain productivity by accurately completing daily assigned tasks

• Stand for the entire shift and perform tasks involving constant grasping with dominant hand (6–8 hours)

• Learn and follow all warehouse systems and processes

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines

• Participate in on-site training during 1st shift

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced environments

• Ability to lift 

• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented

• Forklift experience (cherry Picker)

Current Openings ( pay is based off Experience) 

1. Forklift Operator
• Shift: 1st shift | 5 AM - 1:30pm  | Mon–Fri | 8-hour shifts
• Pay: $19.50–$21.50 (DOE)
2. Forklift Operator
• Shift: 2nd shift | 1:30 PM- 10:00pm start | Mon–Fri | 8-hour shifts
• Pay: $19.50–$21.50 + 10% shift dif
• Breaks
• 1 unpaid 30-min lunch
• 2 paid 15-min breaks

• Language Requirement: Must understand English
• Schedule Flexibility:
• May need to work extra hours or some Saturdays (notified 1 week ahead)
