Cable Assembler Job Description:
•Build and hand test product under supervision, while conforming to customer build instructions
•Perform a variety of assembly operations involving the application of connectors and hardware on wire harnesses and/or cable assemblies (push, prep, pin) and assemble backend hardware
•Apply heat shrink, sleeving, labels and spot tie as required
•Operate presses and terminating equipment
•Cutting of sleeves and convoluted tubing per customer specifications

The Die Setter is responsible for performing set ups of multi-cavity plastic injection molds. When necessary, assists other team members on the production floor with machine startups.
Roles and responsibilities
? Comply with all internal and OSHA required safety procedures and regulations.
? Completely and accurately sets tool for startup, including loading the machine with the approved molding process program and ensuring all plumbing, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic connections follow established set up guidelines outlined in the process book documentation.
? Responsible for the installation and removal of all auxiliary equipment used in the molding process.
? Complete work orders in SAP for molding equipment or tools.
? Responsible for maintaining high standard of housekeeping, including appearance and condition of all thermolators, robot pendants and hot runner temperature controllers.
? Responsible for upkeep of machine platens.
? Responsible for in-press preventive maintenance of molds, including dry ice pellet blasting and application of mold cleaner and mold release.
? Responsible for accurate and timely records, including quality and set-up documentation on paper, Raypro MES and SAP.
? Maintains organization of die-setting station to aid in SMED initiatives.
? Maintains company issued tools and equipment.
? Coordination with material handlers, process technicians and supervisor to meet customer production and shipping requirements.
? Work overtime when necessary.
? Stops the process if nonconforming or suspect material is found and follows systematic troubleshooting process.
? Participate in and contribute to ATOMS CI and OpEx initiatives and provide input on how to continuously improve our safety, quality, and cost performance.
? Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience as an injection mold setter with a range of IMM manufacturer, tonnage, and controller types.
• Knowledge of plastic materials and process parameters for injection molding.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and operate overhead crane.
• Knowledge of 5S and SMED philosophy.
• Ability to lift 55 pounds.
• Excessive walking, bending, climbing, and lifting.

The Quality Inspector will perform inspection verification and monitors processes associated with the Operations activity. They will support activities in the hold area and acts as the Quality Liaison to the plant floor personnel. They will also participate in Continuous Improvement activities to support company objectives.
Roles and responsibilities
• Conducts all elements under the Quality Inspector section of the Start Up procedure and verification of entire First Shot Approval requirement as well as Last Shot requirement.
• Verifies Plastic Technicians are effectively conducting part inspections to the Operator Instruction Sheets.
• Conducts lab testing that is required per the Operator Instruction Sheet (such as micrometers, gauges, etc)
• Creates Internal Quality Alert on the plant floor for reported part quality issues.
• Document inspection results and comments related to part quality issue in system and other forms of reporting accordingly.
• Puts suspect product on hold, verifies inspection is conducted per requirements and releases from hold when verification is complete.
• Ensures Plastic Technician follows quality directives (OIS, Quality Alert, system entries, etc.).
• Provide knowledge of process and product quality to plastic technician.
• Perform daily audit of Process Technician with effective part inspection, gage use, reporting tools and systems.
• Perform containment activities and laboratory testing as required, using the provided testing equipment.
• Perform internal audit according to schedule.
• Maintains documented inspection and test results in electronic archive.
• Maintains internal concern log for areas of responsibility.
• Maintains the order of gage storage and First Shot/Last Shot bins.
• Maintains reliability of “rabbit” master samples for poke-yoke.
• Communicate quality issues (and other quality related items) on shift communication meetings.
• Performs any other Quality related function or duty as requested.
• Assists in disposition of product on hold and assist the Quality Engineer and Coordinator as required.
• Assists the Quality Engineer & Operation Team with Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action process.

The CMM Programmer will perform precision dimensional measurements, including layouts for new products, PPAP packages, prototype, and engineering changes. They will also perform statistical testing to determine capability, repeatability, and acceptability of product. The CMM Programmer also participates in Continuous Improvement activities to support company objectives.
Roles and responsibilities
? Determines part acceptability of complex layouts through an accurate and detailed layout using CMM and other advanced measurement systems.
? Ability to program CMM (PCDMIS CAD++ version 2022.1), Smart Scope, Aicon 3D Scanner and other advanced measurement systems.
? Performs required statistical analysis of data obtained from product samples.
? Prioritizes and conducts required layouts according to daily schedule or as assigned by Management.
