JOB DUTIES:

• Handle all aspects of the blending process
• Weigh and mix raw materials as specified in work instructions
• Set up and operate mixers
• Clearly document required information on work instructions and process control sheets
• Demonstrate ownership for the production line
• Identify correct products from work instructions
• Add proper ingredients to mixer
• Ensure machine is operating properly
• General tasks as assigned by supervisor

Position Overview

We’re seeking reliable and experienced Lead Inspectors to join our team! This position requires travel between Auburn Hills and St. Clair Shores, MI, overseeing inspection operations and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have team lead or supervisory experience and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support inspection teams to ensure all quality processes are followed

• Perform visual and manual inspections of parts and materials

• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers

• Document inspection results accurately and maintain production records

• Ensure all safety and company policies are upheld on site

• Travel between assigned locations as needed (mileage reimbursement available, if applicable)

Qualifications

• Previous team lead or supervisory experience required

• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between Auburn Hills & St. Clair Shores

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends

• Quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
