Responsibilities:
- Cart Preparation: Secure tracking plates onto all received carts (placarding).
- Inspection & Maintenance: Conduct a 9-point inspection process and perform preventative maintenance on steel carts.
- Organization & Logistics: Sort carts by style, repair needs, and readiness for shipment.
- Repairs & Assembly: Utilize heavy tools to replace small parts, chains, wheels, and arms with newly ordered components.
- Welding & Fabrication: Perform welding and torch-cutting to repair and reinforce steel carts.
- Cleaning & Finishing: Power wash carts post-repair and dry them thoroughly before shipment.
- Painting & Aesthetic Touch-Ups: Conduct minor repainting based on customer requests.
