ResourceMFG is seeking General Labor and Accessory Installers for Sterling Heights MI

Pay: $16.00 -$18.34 per hour

Shifts Available: 

A Crew: Mon-Fri some Sat 6:45a-4:45p

B Crew: Tues-Sat 6:45p-4:45a

C Crew: Fri/Sat 6:45a-4:45p + Sun/Mon 6:45p-4:45a

Essential job duties include but are not limited to:

• Wrapping trucks with tape and plastic prior to spray/paint processes

• Protecting vehicle surfaces and components

• Removing tape and plastic after spraying is complete

• Inspecting vehicles for proper coverage and clean removal

• Maintaining a clean, safe work area

• Installing vinyl graphics and decals on vehicles

• Measuring, aligning, and applying graphics accurately

• Using hand tools and heat tools as required

• Inspecting finished work for quality and consistency

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

• Strong attention to detail

• Steel-toe footwear required

• Manufacturing or installation experience preferred, but not required
