Responsibilities:

• Operate Water Jet Machines: Set up, adjust, and operate water jet cutting machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Material Handling: Load and unload materials and parts, often using forklifts or other equipment.
• Programming and Processing: Program parts for water jet manufacturing and complete value-added processes such as drilling, tapping, deburring, and polishing.
• Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance and light repairs on the water jet machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and adjust settings as necessary.
• Documentation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate cuts and maintain production records.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating water jet machines and understanding of various materials’ properties.

Job Requirements:
