• Must have exp PCQI ( Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) and HASAP (Hazard Assessment and safety Action Plans)

Pay range: $25-35 DOE

Duties Include:

• Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
• Plans stock inventory by checking stock to determine amount available; anticipating needed stock; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying receipt of stock.
• Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.
• Sets-up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers; indicating vices; tramming heads.
• Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.
• Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces; adhering to international standards.

Blending/ Encapsulation Tech in Production Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Work and Support Production line in the product of capsules

• Able to clean on Encapsulate machine.

• Understand concept and work with Production equipment: Encapsulate Machine

• Support any issue in Production line and communicate to Production equipment to Mechanic.

• Record on Batch per Product specification/Instruction Requirement. Report any issue or deviation of product to Production Supervisor

• Monitor and Support Janitorial to keep Area clean and compliance to cGMP.

• Work in the Production of the product of powders.

• Ability to load 10-50lb product per batch production in blending.

• Understand and Work with Production equipment: Blending

• Report any issue in Production regarding Production equipment to Mechanic.

• Report any issue or deviation of product to Production Supervisor.

• Cleaning Blending Machine and Equipment.

• Support Janitorial to keep area clean and in compliance with cGMP.

• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisors

• Blender or Machine Operator experience a must
• Preferably to have worked in a parachutable environment 
• Familiar with Safety guidelines
