Pay rate up to $25 per hour depending on experience

Work Schedule: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Requirements: 

  • Associate’s Degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school preferred;
  • Previous experience in accounts payables with ERP system and with high volume activity required
  • Must be able to read write and understand English.

Job Requirements:

Duties include:

  •  Review and code invoices according to purchase order program by identifying item numbers, review quantities and prices, code line items as closed or partial, and code to correct general ledger account. - Ensure proper approval is received or on file, enter invoices and purchase requisitions, including 3rd party Agent commissions earned; review all coding before posting as complete, and provide batch reports for secondary review and sign off of AP entries. - Verifies mathematical accuracy of supporting documentation. - Post invoices and update open payable listing, review for obvious disbursement mistakes. - Prepare vendor wire transfer and ACH payments and forward to Accounting Manager. - Maintains W-9 log with vendor employer identification numbers, update vendor master list when necessary. - Reconcile vendor statements and report any recorded liabilities. - Maintain Accounts Payables logs, correspondence with vendors, and other projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager. - Reconcile outstanding checks report.

Duties include:
