Pay rate up to $22per hour depending on experience
Work Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Job Requirements:
- One year of related experience.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.

- Good Work Attitude and Team Player.
• Oversee daily order processing through designated shipping/mailing systems and assembly lines • Coordinate changes in shipping methods as instructed by Management • Schedule pick-ups with various carrier/courier services • Review, investigate and/or resolve issues with carriers regarding shipments • Interaction with carriers/couriers regarding shipment status’s and continuous communication with Management • Monitor shipping area, stations and verify all packages are processed accordingly • Delegate and instruct shipping personnel while maintaining a high level of service and productivity • Participate and contribute in process improvements and adhere to the Quality Management System • Any additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean and goal oriented work environment • Prepare and verify outgoing presorted mail using internal systems and USPS portal • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Duties include:
- Unload all inbound material from truck shipments and assist delivery carriers with unloading of parcel packages
- Inspect, review, verify and record inbound material against delivery paperwork and document any discrepancies on appropriate documents
- Perform material receipts into respective warehouse management systems and communicate any discrepancies and/or issues with Management
- Carry out material movements throughout warehouse by way of put-away, picking, cycle counting, replenish, and consolidating inventoried material within storage locations
- Fulfill scrap requests by pulling, staging and systematically processing product as requested
- Sort, count, package, rework and label product as requested by Management
- Execute cycle counting process of inventoried materials by way of counting, recording, re-counting and data entry of count results
- Assist with maintaining material accuracy and throughput in fulfillment/production areas
- Delegate and instruct receiving personnel while maintaining a high level of service and productivity
- Confers with department Supervisor/Manager for resolution of inventory related issues
- Participate and contribute in process improvements and adhere to the Quality Management System

Job Summary
The Material Clerk performs both clerical and physical tasks related to the receipt, inventory, maintenance, and shipping of electrical and mechanical materials, raw materials, hazardous materials, supplies, parts, tools, and equipment. This role supports multiple areas of warehouse operations, including kitting, shipping, stock requisitions, and chemical handling.
Responsibilities

Perform clerical and physical tasks related to receipt, inventory, maintenance, or shipping of electrical, mechanical, and raw materials, supplies, tools, and equipment

Compare incoming or outgoing items against purchase orders, packing slips, pick slips, and invoices

Inspect items for damage, corrosion, rust, or scratches

Complete required documentation and initial to indicate quantity, part/specification, and shipping or receiving information

Prepare Nonconformance Reports as needed

Ensure shipments are properly marked, labeled, and packaged according to regulations

Verify and input basic material status information into the computer system

Summary/Objective: Human Resources / Safety Coordinator assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources and safety functions and duties. This role carries out responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas: benefits, training, employee relations, and development, executive administration, and employment.
Human Resources
Administration of new hires paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Assists with job postings, updating job descriptions and coordinating interviews as required.
- Assists employees with reporting work related injuries and communicates with clinic for updates and provides injury updates to management.
- Processes all change of employment status as required, including those related to terminations.
- Processes all required paperwork for Leave of Absences and communicates to employees their rights to leave with the assistance of the HR Director.
- Responsible for maintaining and collecting insurance dues from employees while on leave.
- Processes personnel requisitions as required for new positions or fill-ins.
- Performs clerical duties as required, such as filing, distribution of memorandum & flyer.
- Assist with translating memos, forms, and other correspondence from English to Spanish.
- Assists with the coordination of employee events such as luncheons, Employee Appreciation Day, and Birthday’s celebrations.
- Takes pictures during company events to be shown on television in lunchrooms and may coordinate departmental pictures for annual company calendar.
- Assist with creating custom flyers or signs for employees’ events when needed.
- Orders name plates for cubicle.
- Update and post Employee Monthly Directory.
- Assists at Saturday’s Drum Circles.
- Assist with annual open enrollment of medical, dental, vision and Aflac benefits.

Safety
- Responsible for maintaining Safety Data Sheets updated to meet Globally Harmonized System Standards and ensures all binders in the factory are updated. Coordinate with Edgar Reynozo.
- Assists with coordination of Pulmonary Function Testing and Audio Testing.
- Communicates PFT and Audio testing results to employees and management and maintains log of all testing and results for compliance.
- Assists with updating OSHA training logs for required programs (Annual Hearing, PFT, Forklift Certifications, First Aid and CPR etc.)
- Filing training documentation and test results in training binders for easy audit.
- Assist during our annual employee safety training (English & Spanish)
- Processes all reimbursements for personnel protective equipment through accounts payable and maintains logs for proper record keeping.
- Takes safety meeting minutes for Safety Manager to distribute to Safety Committee.
