At Prologistix we are looking for a Receiving Lead 

Pay rate up to $25per hour depending on experience

Work Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily order processing through designated shipping/mailing systems and assembly lines
  • Coordinate changes in shipping methods as instructed by management
  • Schedule pick-ups with various carrier and courier services
  • Review, investigate, and resolve issues with carriers regarding shipments
  • Communicate shipment status to carriers/couriers and maintain continuous updates with management
  • Monitor shipping area and stations to ensure all packages are processed correctly
  • Delegate tasks and instruct shipping personnel while maintaining high service and productivity levels
  • Participate in process improvements and adhere to the Quality Management System
  • Prepare and verify outgoing presorted mail using internal systems and USPS portal
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operational goals
