Duties include:
- Overall Responsibilities: • Plan and manage client-related and executive visit logistics, including space management, preparation activities and catering coordination.. • Facilitate onboarding communications and lead New Hire Orientation sessions in partnership with HR team members. • Provide daily administrative support for HR operations including reporting and data entry in systems such as Kronos and UKG. • Maintain and update employee records, both digital and paper-based, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Assist in tracking compliance-related documentation, including I-9 verifications, policy acknowledgments, and training completions. • Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing site events, employee appreciation activities, and recognition programs. • Monitor and manage inventory of office and onboarding supplies; order and restock as necessary. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and interoffice deliveries. • Create and distribute internal HR communications, including new hire welcome messages, event reminders, and policy notices. • Provide administrative support for internal HR audits and generate reports as needed.

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven, organized, and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day AP operations, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, vendors are supported promptly, and all payments stay on track. If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and take pride in precision, this is the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are properly posted.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly statements.
- Facilitate timely payment of invoices by sending reminders and contacting vendors as needed.
- Generate reports detailing accounts payable status.
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers for accurate coding.
- Ensure compliance with AP processes, including W-9 forms, sales tax, and other regulatory requirements.

Pay rate up to $25per hour depending on experience
Work Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily order processing through designated shipping/mailing systems and assembly lines
- Coordinate changes in shipping methods as instructed by management
- Schedule pick-ups with various carrier and courier services
- Review, investigate, and resolve issues with carriers regarding shipments
- Communicate shipment status to carriers/couriers and maintain continuous updates with management
- Monitor shipping area and stations to ensure all packages are processed correctly
- Delegate tasks and instruct shipping personnel while maintaining high service and productivity levels
- Participate in process improvements and adhere to the Quality Management System
