Job Responsibilities

The HR?Coordinator’s job entails providing support for a?wide variety activities of human resources?including employee relations, payroll, HR reporting, recruiting and administration of benefits.

  • Maintain associate records, including personnel, benefits, and employee relations files; update bulletin boards as needed
  • Manage employment verification, maintain new hire documentation, and create new hire packets
  • File and organize confidential employee documents in accordance with company requirements
  • Process payroll and timekeeping accurately; conduct audits and generate reports related to payroll and timekeeping systems
  • Maintain office supplies, onboarding materials, and general administrative resources
  • Enter confidential personnel data into HRIS systems and assist with HR reporting
  • Support employee relations by assisting with issue resolution in collaboration with the Sr. HR Manager
  • Provide full-cycle recruitment support for hourly positions and conversions, including posting roles, sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing offers through onboarding in HRIS
  • Assist with Training & Development initiatives for employees
  • Support administration of Leaves of Absence and Workers’ Compensation
  • Assist with Health & Safety processes as needed
  • Support the Sr. HR Manager with employee engagement activities and company events
  • Perform general administrative duties such as coordinating meetings, organizing lunches and events, welcoming visitors, and creating employee

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support day-to-day AP operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include invoice processing, payment execution, account reconciliation, data analysis, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. This role also supports process improvements, SAP testing initiatives, and cash management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process invoices for accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure appropriate discounts are applied and payments are processed timely.
  • Execute check runs, wire transfers, EDI transactions, and credit memos.
  • Resolve invoice and receipt discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
  • Assist with account reconciliations, data entry, and account analysis.
  • Support SAP testing and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage inbound and outbound cash activities.
  • Maintain accurate process documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Job Requirements:
