General Overview
This position is a direct labor position performing duties of a lead person in the injection mold and blow molding departments. The Fabrication Group Lead will assist in checking to ensure that daily work schedules and quality levels are met. The Group Lead will also perform the duties at other workstations as directed by the supervisor. This position will also help ensure productivity measures are met with top quality while adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean environment that supports Lean concepts.

- Implement Lean concepts and help lead staff in the successful understanding and practices associated with Lean. (5S, “Leader Standard Work” and “Standard Work”, etc.)
- Provide leadership abilities in preventing accidents by emphasizing the importance of safety and good work practices.
- Maximize efficiency in each production employee while maintaining exceptional quality, productivity, and production schedules.
- Informs the supervisor of any work discrepancy or parts deficiency for remedial action necessary to a continuing operation.
- Assists with data entry of production
- Ensures that schedules are communicated, measured, and followed up throughout the shift.
- Assist with all reporting of shift performance, incident management, and other reporting as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.

- Lean and or Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification,
- Visual Lean Daily Management,
- TPM knowledge and experience,
- 6 Sigma Concepts,

General Overview: Provides maintenance support to all departments and ensures that all machinery and equipment are in safe working order within the facility. Troubleshoots and repairs all electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic and HVAC equipment. Programs and reprograms controllers. Must have a working knowledge of A/C-D/C high and low voltage electricity, plumbing, pneumatic and other skills necessary to perform the job.

- Performs PLC troubleshooting and programming
- Demonstrates electrical troubleshooting and repairs such as motor starters, relays, and start/stop circuits
- Performs established PM procedures on machinery, equipment, and fire pumps.
- Repairs and rebuilds hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
- Ability to work with electronic work order and PM system
- Troubleshoot and diagnose AC and DC drives
- Troubleshoots and diagnose HVAC equipment.
- Maintains good housekeeping in the maintenance shop and follows 5S system.
- Must have knowledge and demonstrate troubleshooting and repairs of transformers on AC and DC circuits, step up, step down, and isolation transformers
- Maintain mechanical and electrical operations for all plant processes
- Must have three phase electrical and industrial environment experience
- Demonstrates a willingness to help coach and train other team members and coworkers as needed

The Injection Mold Process Engineer is responsible for establishing the Injection Molding process for the Ripley injection molding machines and creating standard production processes with machine and quality controls. He/she will implement automation and suggest process improvements. The Process Engineer will make recommendations on mold, machine and auxiliary equipment along with establishing PM schedules. In addition, this position will be a dotted line supervisor to Process Technicians at Ripley MS plant and be responsible for the training Process Technicians in the plant.
