POSITION SUMMARY:

This position operates within the scope of testing equipment and communicating with customers through acceptance testing and field service for oil and gas. The test supervisor will be overseeing the process of operating and testing fracking, coil tubing, and cementing equipment. This role will require the ability to operate and test Oil and Gas equipment as well. This role functions as part of the operations team. This position reports to the Production Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

This position is responsible for all the following:

  • Work every scheduled workday including weekends and overtime as required.
  • Always understand and comply with all PPE requirements, work safely every day and encourage all team members to do the same.
  • Perform all tasks per established quality and efficiency standards.
  • Follow action and communication protocols for nonstandard deviation in processes or materials.
  • Review and approve time and attendance in a timely manner.
  • Manage and verify for completion of group and individual training.
  • Provide disciplinary actions as required.
  • Manage and verify build book and test documentation completion.
  • Work and plan daily with other department supervisors for an efficient transition of equipment from one department to the other.
  • Verify that all procedures that have been implemented are being complete in the time frame required.
  • Confirm that all equipment is complete and tested to the test plan.
  • Work with Electronics Specialist to keep testing running according to plan.
  • Communicate to engineering of any changes need to test document.
  • Plan and work to the test plan from Start-Up through Customer Acceptance Test.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • The performance of this position will require exposure to areas which require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes and other mandatory safety equipment.
    • For the most part, ambient temperatures with typical plant lighting and manufacturing equipment are present throughout the facility.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Production Control Specialist plays a crucial role in our manufacturing process and reports to the Director of Procurement & Logistics. The incumbent will assist with the construction of all equipment builds, distribute workload according to current priorities, coordinate assembly details on equipment with the manufacturing group, and work on manufacturing specified machine builds within the production area.

Position Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Perform manufacturing activities with engineering and operations.
  • Work with the engineering team to plan the construction efforts based on the associated job numbers.
  • Submits change requests to engineering as discovered during production planning or manufacturing.
  • Provides feedback to engineering to improve release packages.
  • Distributes work orders to departments, denoting quantity, type, and proposed completion date of units to be produced.
  • Constructs inventory and manufacturing data in Oracle Fusion ERP/MRP (Item Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing) based on engineering drawings.
  • Assists in archiving project correspondence and documentation.
  • Maintains a comprehensive history of all production and purchasing activities undertaken for construction projects. 
  • Identifies and documents suggestions for process improvements and enhancements to increase effectiveness and productivity.

Pay: $15.00 a hour

First Shift: 8:00A.M. to 4:30P.M. and may work beyond an 8-hour workday as needed.  We haven’t had a lot of overtime available recently but do want to call it out as it is a possibility.

Job Description:

  • Order filling
  • Previous Manufacturing experience
  • Distribution
  • Picking/packing and/or assembly experience
  • This person will need to be able to read, write and count effectively, to complete fulfillment orders to be able to pack them to quality standards outlined in training
  • Basic mathematics skills are essential
  • NOTE: Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function for this position

  • Meeting hourly and daily goals and keeping Supervisor/Manager aware of challenges
  • This position is required to work nontraditional hours including scheduled evenings, weekends and holidays, as required by the needs of the organization
  • Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, lift and carry items up to 25 pound
  • Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function for this position

Pay: Ranges from $24-30 - Class A / Class B depending on experience.

SHIFT: 1ST 5am-3:30p - +OT as required

Weld Tests

  • Class A-  6G(45 degree) on 6” pipe.  Mig Downhill root / uphill fill and cap with fluxcore and another process. Example: Sub arc, Tig.
  • Class B-  3G(vertical) along with a 2G(horizontal) plate test. These tests will be Mig open root / uphill fill and cap with fluxcore in their respective positions.
