ResourceMFG is hiring a Stand-Up (Reach Truck) Forklift Operator for an 11-month assignment with the possibility of permanent placement. This position is with a leading client in the manufacturing and production industry located on the southeast side of Tucson near Kolb and Valencia.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach truck forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain efficient material flow.
• Move finished goods on the floor to maximize space and support 5S processes.
• Supply production with parts promptly to maintain operational flow.
• Follow shipping schedules and coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
• Evaluate and ensure accuracy of materials sent to production.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating stand-up reach truck forklifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Create and update repair procedure documentation based on testing results, best practices, and new findings.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Track raw material usage and submit purchase requests to the Service Engineering Manager.
