2nd shift: 2:50pm – 11:10pm (Monday through Friday) (2) 15 Minute Paid Breaks and (1) 30 Minute Unpaid Lunch
3rd shift: 10:50pm – 7:10am (Sunday through Thursday) (2) 15 Minute Paid Breaks and (1) 30 Minute Unpaid Lunch
Pay range based on experience: $28.00 - $31.00/ hour

Duties of a Process Technician:
- Maintain efficiency to the approved standard.
- Experience in setting up and launching first piece production.
- Knowledge of different resins and their performance under various process parameters
- Processing experience with both open and closed loop systems
- Basic understanding of mold construction including types of material and mechanical function.
- Maintain work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and keeping it in orderly condition.
- Communicate with previous shift to receive important job information.
- Communicate with supervisors when there are issues.
- Complete other duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate required.
- 2 - 3 years of processing experience with plastic injection molding machines minimum
- Preferred experience with large press machines (950 + tons)
- Must have overhead crane operating experience
- Must have knowledge for processing injection mold machines including adjusting hold pressures, temperatures, shocks (fill mold without overflow).
- Must have the ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment, which includes long periods of standing.
- Must be able to perform basic math skills.
- Attention to detail is imperative.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes on a regular basis.
- Wittman Robot experience is a plus.
- Able to work in a team environment.

We are searching for a Quality Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with one of our manufacturing clients in Monroe, MI.
Hourly $18 ~ $26 per hour
Hours – 8:00 ~ 5:00 (Monday through Friday)

Duties of a Quality Coordinator:
- Maintain world class quality (customer PPM), drive for 100% on time delivery, and ensures safety throughout department
- Participates in reporting and achieving departmental KPI’s
- Supports ISO9001:2015/IATF16949:2016 compliance and is an internal audit process owner
- Establish and maintain departmental work instructions consistent with ISO/IATF standards and procedures
- Responsible for oversite of entire APQP and PPAP process through customer delivery as directed by the Quality Manager
- Coordinates measurement system analysis activities - Gage R&R's, MSA's, etc.
- Reviews Supplier Quality, including Supplier Corrective Actions, Non-Conformances and PPAP activities. Works with vendors to resolve product quality issues
- Assists the management team regarding dispositions of suspect / non-conforming product
- Recommends improvements to quality functions and processes
- Validates and signs off on process changes affecting product quality
- Maintain all quality related documentation including PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions, etc.
- Participates on new product development teams as a Quality representative
- Responsible for ensuring that product meets drawing specifications and customer expectations
- Ensures customer requirements are known, communicated, and met
- Proficient in Cost of Quality metrics, analysis, etc.
- Works with Plant Manager and Quality Manager to provide customer showroom appearance at all times.
- Other duties as required
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years experience preferred working with automotive customers and/or knowledge of automotive quality tools (PPAP's, APQP, FMEA's, 8D Corrective Action process, etc....)
- Lead Auditor certification for ISO9001/IATF16949 or qualified by internal training and/or experience preferred
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferable in plastic injection molding
- Previous experience with writing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and WI (Work Instructions) for all functions
- Strong process and quality improvement experience with knowledge of 6-Sigma, Kaizen, Lean, SPC preferred
- World Class Customer Focus (internal/external)
- Working knowledge of algebra and statistics, including SPC
- Excellent computer skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make presentations before internal and external management groups
- Problem solving and root cause analysis tools
- Complete understanding of quality tools and concepts: FMEA's, Control Plans, 8D Methodology, PPAP's, and ISO9001/IATF16949

We are searching for Maintenance Journeyman Electricians for direct hire opportunities for both union and non-union facilities. Pay for this role is varying based on experience $34 - $36 / hour.
Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
Locations available: Monroe, MI (non-union facility) and Toledo, OH (union facility)

Duties of a Maintenance Journeyman Electrician:
- Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
- Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
- Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
- Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
- Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
- Repairs or replaces defective parts.
- Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
- Lubricates and cleans parts.
- Starts devices to test their performance.
- Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
- Initiates purchase order for parts and machines.
- Repairs electrical equipment.
- Follows OSHA standard when performing lockout/tagout procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Maintenance Journeymen work every other weekend, alternating with the other journeymen. This can include holidays.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Government or company-sponsored apprenticeship program or degree preferred.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs.
- Some knowledge of metallurgy or steel processing, conveyor systems, logistics,
- Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or other organization development disciplines
- Manufacturing, automotive, furnace operations, or metal stamping experience
- Mechanical aptitude
