Essential Functions
* Sets up and starts all machines, checking all controls for adherence to procedures.
* Monitors production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Troubleshoots equipment and processing issues.
* Operates machinery to mix, discharge or handle materials according to operating procedures.
* May take samples of materials to lab for evaluations and instructions.
* Performs all required machine cleaning
* Documents work completed as required including logs, data reports, procedures, etc.
Education and Experience
* US High School diploma or GED equivalency
* Manufacturing Machine Operation Experience a plus
* Experience with Extrusion, Injection Molding, Milling a plus
* Lead Operator or Shift Leader Experience in Manufacturing a plus

- Safely operate forklifts to load and unload raw materials
- Stack and organize products efficiently in their correct locations
- Check and document the condition and accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years sit-down forklift experience, in addition experience with stand up a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Team player
- Ability to work 12-hour shift and overtime as needed
- Basic computer skills

Qualifications

- Ability to measure accurately using micrometer, vernier calipers, etc.
